On 20 March 2026, on the occasion of International Francophonie Day, the Alliance Française in The Hague will celebrate the cultural diversity of the French-speaking world with an exceptional event : Francophonie sans frontières.
This festive and convivial day will showcase the richness of Francophone and Francophile cultures through stands, activities and meetings organised by the participating countries.

alongside the French Embassy.
Each diplomatic and cultural representation will offer immersive activities allowing visitors to discover traditions, gastronomy, artistic expressions and cultural specificities. This day will be an opportunity to exchange, share and celebrate the French language as a vehicle for dialogue between peoples.
The event will be open to the general public throughout the day.
A special welcome will be organised for schools and children from 9am to 12pm, with educational and fun activities tailored to young audiences.
The stands and activities will then remain open to all, allowing visitors to freely discover the different countries represented and enjoy a convivial moment of openness and sharing.
