🎨 DIVE INTO CHINESE ART IN APRIL

In April, let yourself be carried away by the delicacy and depth of traditional Chinese painting with “Painted Passion”, an exhibition dedicated to the works of Liza Lin. Presented at the Alliance Française de La Haye, this artistic immersion invites you to discover a universe where each brush stroke tells a millennial story.

🗓 Opening: Thursday, April 9, 2026
📍 Location: Alliance Française de La Haye
🖼 Exhibition: all of April 2026

Born in Shanghai, Liza Lin perpetuates an artistic tradition inherited from the greatest Chinese masters. Trained from a very young age by her father, who was himself a student of major figures in painting and calligraphy, she developed a unique sensitivity to the art of the brush. Settled in the Netherlands since 2019, she engages in a dialogue between ancestral heritage and contemporary perspective.

His work is in line with the continuity of classical Chinese styles : the meticulous precision of the Gongbi of the Song dynasty, the subtlety of the Mogu style, as well as the spontaneity of freehand painting. Through his works, Liza Lin explores nature, emotions and harmony, offering the viewer an experience that is both aesthetic and meditative.

Founder of Poetic Ink, she actively works to spread Chinese culture in the Netherlands by organizing workshops, tea ceremonies and artistic events.

Painted Passion is much more than an exhibition: it is an invitation to travel, a meeting between tradition and modernity, between East and West. Whether you are an art lover or simply curious, this experience will allow you to discover the richness and finesse of a fascinating artistic heritage.

👉 Don’t miss the opening on April 9th and come admire these works throughout the month for a poetic moment out of time.
